01Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Triage VPS services to host, distribute, operate, or promote any content or activity that:

• Involves Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) tools, stressers, booters, or network attack software
• Conducts unauthorized intrusion, scanning, or exploitation attempts
• Distributes malware, ransomware, trojans, spyware, exploit frameworks, or malicious code
• Operates cryptocurrency mining software or mining pools without explicit written permission
• Violates the Terms of Service of third-party providers
• Hosts adult-only or pornographic content
• Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
• Causes excessive resource usage that negatively impacts system performance or network stability

We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether content or activity violates this policy.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund.

02Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• All content, data, and activity conducted under your account
• Maintaining adequate security practices, including strong passwords and software updates
• Ensuring your services comply with applicable laws and third-party agreements

Triage VPS is not responsible for compromised accounts resulting from weak credentials or insecure configurations.

03Abuse & Investigations

All abuse reports are reviewed and investigated at our discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend services during investigation
• Request clarification or evidence from the account holder
• Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required

Failure to respond to abuse inquiries may result in service termination.

04Payments & Billing

• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing
• Services are billed in advance
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
• Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in immediate and permanent account termination

We reserve the right to use debt collection services if necessary.

05Data, Backups & Server Deletion Policy

Triage VPS does not perform backups of customer servers. You are solely and entirely responsible for creating and maintaining your own backups of any data, files, or configurations stored on your server.

Server Deletion Policy

If you delete a server through the Dashboard, that deletion is immediate and permanent. No backup copy is retained by Triage VPS after deletion, and restoration is not possible under any circumstances.

Triage VPS is not responsible for data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions, hardware failure, or any other cause. Maintaining backups of your own data is your responsibility at all times.

06Uptime & Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and stable services; however:

• No uptime guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or service degradation
• Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triage VPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.

08Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account or service at any time
• Refuse service to anyone
• Remove content that violates these Terms

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

09Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
